SORT150 tool is a 2 or 4 carrier wafer sorter with integrated pre-aligner and ID reader. It utilises a direct read Cognex reader with vacuum end-effector. Dual pre-aligners optomise the throughput and cycle time. A range of standard process programs are available along with the SECS II host communication package
