200mm 25-slot Semi-Standard carriers are made from either PC Polycarbonate carbon - fibre reinforced, COC or PEI Polyetherimide.
Carriers offer process compatible heat resistance and are antistatic. Carriers can be equipped with customer specific identification devices, e.g. RFID.
